Black Stars coach Charles Akonnor lauds Karim Zito for winning U-20 AFCON

Ghana Black Stars head coach Charles Akonnor has commended colleague Abdul Karim Zito for winning the 2021 Under 20 AFCON in Mauritania.

The Black Satellites dispatched the Hippos of Uganda by two goals to nothing in the final to win their fourth title and they have earned the praise of the country’s senior national team coach.

“Congratulations to my colleague coach Karim Zito and the entire team for winning the competition. Well done.” Akonnor tweeted.
