Ghanaian international Nicholas Opoku has sent a goodwill message to the Black Satellites following their semi-finals berth in the ongoing Under 20 AFCON in Mauritania.
The Ghana Under 20 team pulled the nuts from the blazing fire on Thursday evening as they defeated Cameroon 4-2 on penalties after coming back to draw 1-1 in extra time.
The Amiens guardsman has praised the team and urged them on to go for the ultimate as they keep improving.
“Congratulations to the Black Stars for making it into the semis of AFCON u20. Let’s keep it up!” Opoku tweeted on Friday.
The Black Satellites will face the winner of the Gambia vs Central African Republic clash in the semi-finals in Monday.
