Ghana have dropped greatly in the latest FIFA Ranking release in the month of November.
The Black Stars defeat to Egypt in the 2018 World Cup qualifiers cost the Black Stars to slip deeply in the ranking.
The Black Stars are currently 53rd globally and have done down four places to ninth in the Africa.
Ghana lost 2-0 to the Pharaohs of Egypt at the Borg El-Arab Stadium in Alexandria to lose grounds in Group E.
Egypt who beat the Black Stars climbed ten places to the 36th position and Number 4 in the continent.
Senegal are ranked 33rd in the world and also sits first in Africa despite losing 2-1 to South Africa in the Russia 2018 World Cup qualifier match.
Meanwhile, Argentina and Brazil are first and second respectively in the latest ranking with World Champions Germany occupying the third slot.
