RSC Anderlecht winger Jeremy Doku has completed his move to French Ligue 1 club Stade Rennais on a five-year deal.
The 18-year-old flank attacker rejecjed an offer from English champions Liverpool to sign for the French side after an agreement was struck between them and Anderlecht on Monday afternoon.
Jeremy arrived at the academy in Neerpede in 2012 and walked through the club’s youth ranks.
In 2018, he made his debut with the first Purple & White team at the age of 16. With his speed and technical skills, he was the first to break through from the strong crop of 2002.
The Belgium-born Ghanaian winger in total scored 6 goals for Anderlecht and provided 7 assists in 37 games.

Speaking on his move to the French Ligue , Doku said ”I am very happy to sign for a club like Stade Rennais FC. I am very impatient. I just want to be on the field and play. Ligue 1 is a higher level than the Jupiler Pro League. I’ll have to show what I’m capable of, but I’m ready. ”
Jeremy Doku was handed his first call-up for the Red Devils last month and scored in his debut game against Iceland in the UEFA Nations League.
