Juventus have announced that Ghanaian midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah has been ruled out for 45 days after medical checks reported he ruptured the medial meniscus of his right knee.
Asamoah suffered an injury in the Italian Serie A on Saturday in his side’s league fixture against Palermo.
Asamoah could not longer stay on the pitch after suffering a sprained knee when Juventus won by a goal to nothing against Palermo.
Asamoah as been very outstanding for Juventus this seas since his injury return but Saturday’s game saw visit the injury room again.
Though will fail to make the Black Stars squad for their World Cup qualifier match against Uganda later next Month, he could recover in time to make Ghana’s Gabon 2017 Nations Cup squad.
