Accra Hearts of Oak have confirmed the signing of Samartex Football Club forward, Benjamin Yorke ahead of the 2021/22 season.
The youngster has penned a five-year deal with the current Ghana Premier League champions, which will see him stay at the Accra Sports Stadium until at least the summer of 2026.
The Ghana U23 star managed to score twelve goals for Samartex FC in the just ended Division One League zone two seasons.
He was part of the Black Stars B squad that failed to qualify for the last CHAN tournament which was held in Cameroon.
Yorke’s addition to the Hearts team is massive boost for coach Samuel Boadu, who aims at breaking the jinx around the Ghanaian clubs in Africa in recent times.
