Ashantigold SC football coach Bashir Hayford has tendered in a resignation at the Obuasi based football club sportsworldghana.com has established.
The former Kotoko trainer shown no indication of leaving his post as he trained with the Obuasi club on thursday evening at the club’s training grounds.
Kumasi based Kessben FM reports the ex Medeama coach left his resignation letter at the club’s office on Friday morning.
Bashir led Ashantigold SC to win the 2014/15 Ghana premier after nearly two decades of winning the league.
The Obuasi club has had it most roughly since the start of the 2016/17 Ghana premier.
