French Ligue 1 club AS Monaco have completed the signing of Dutch-born striker of Ghanaian descent Myron Boadu from AZ Alkmaar.
The highly-rated forward has initiated a contract binding him to Club du Rocher until June 30, 2026.
Myron Boadu was trained at AZ Alkmaar, a club he joined in 2013. In 2018, he signed a first professional contract with the club and started in the top flight on May 6, 2018 when his team won against at PEC Zwolle (6-0).
He scored shortly after his first professional goal against NEC Breda (5-0), at the age of 17.
Boadu who turned 20 on January 14 this year, has already scored 38 goals and 18 assists in 88 matches with Alkmaar, including 21 matches in European competitions (6 goals and 7 assists).
The Amsterdam-born striker recently participated in Euro U21 with his the Netherlands.
Boadu debut for the Netherlands senior team on November 19, 2019, coming into play against Estonia and completing the success of his family with a first goal in the selection (6-0).

Myron Boadu was also full of joy after completing his move to the Ligue 1 side.
