Liberty Professionals have been relegated from the Ghana Premier League for the first time ever after drawing 0-0 against King Faisal during Week 34 of the league season.

The game which was played at the Sogakope stadium of WAFA was a must win for the Scientific Soccer Lads but the team of Sellas Tetteh failed against the Insha Allah Boys who finished 14th to avoid the drop.
Inter Allies, Liberty Professionals and Ebusua Dwarfs are the the three teams to be relegated from the league this season.
