The Hawks of Togo have fired their head coach Claude Le Roy after fail in to qualify them for the 2021 Cup of Nations tournament.
Togo finished last in Group G of the qualifications which had Egypt, Comoros and Kenya.
They picked only two points from six matches having lost all home matches.
Claude Leroy was shown the exit following the Hawks’ 2-1 home defeat to Kenya Harambee Stars on Monday.
The Frenchman was appointed in 2016, but failed to qualify Togo for both AFCON 2019 and AFCON 2021.
He led 35 games, with 14 loses, 12 draws and only 9 wins.
