Sparta Prague striker, Benjamin Tetteh is set to sign for Super Lig side Yeni Malatyaspor after reaching an ‘agreement in principle’ to join the Yellow and Black lads in the ongoing summer transfer window.
SPORTSworldGhana.com can report that the 23-year-old former Dreams FC star is ready to leave Czech where he has played in the last four seasons.
According to beIN SPORTS, Yeni Malatyaspor could soon announce the capture of the €3 million-valued striker who has been the club’s prime target this summer as manager Hamza Hamzaoglu seeks a formidable striker to lead his lines.
The lanky striker has two more years left on his Prague contract but has so far emerged on the radar of Yeni Malatyaspo, FC Copenhagen, Stade Reims, and a host of others.
Tetteh had been on the radar of giants Galatasaray in the January transfer window but failed to get him signed.
Benjamin Tetteh scored 8 goals in 33 league appearances for Sparta Prague in the 2019/20 season.
He was signed by Belgian side Standard de Liège in 2015, at the age of 18, following his impressive display at the FIFA 2015 U20 World Cup in New Zealand.
