Brentford right-back cum winger Tarique Fosu will not play in Ghana’s 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Ethiopia and South Africa.
Fosu has been ruled out of both games after he asked permission to be excused to enable him sort out his club future.
“Brentford City winger Tarique Fosu is excused from the upcoming assignments to sort out his future with the club,” the GFA announced on Twitter.

There is a possibility Fosu would secure a move away from Brentford before the summer transfer officially shuts on Tuesday, 31 August.
The 25-year-old has not made a single appearance for Brentford in their first three games of the season.
A return to the Championship, where he made excelled in Brentford’s promotion bid last season, is likely.
Charles Akonnor’s side have host Ethiopia on September 3 and then play South Africa three days later in Johannesburg.
