Confederation of African Football (CAF) have named Nigerian referee Abubakar Abdullahi has been named as center referee to officiate AshantiGold SC’s Confederation Cup preliminary round 2nd leg clash with Salitas FC in Burkina Faso.
Ofosa Celestine Igudia (Assistant Referee I), Abdulmajeed Olaide (Assistant Referee II) and Joseph Odey Ogabor (Fourth Official) be assisting Abdulahi on the match day.
Komlan Assogbavi from Togo will be the Match Commissioner, with Romaric Toe from Burkina Faso to serve as COVID-19 Officer.
The match would be played at the August 04, International stadium in Ouagadougou on Saturday, December 5, 2020 after a goalless draw in the first leg.
The Ghanaian club, Ashantigold SC after failing to score a single goal at the Obuasi Len Clay Stadium must score a goal or two to have any hope of progressing to the next stage of the competition.
