Communications Director for Accra Hearts of Oak SC, Kwame Opoku Addo has declared his team battle ready for the upcoming CAF Champions League game against CI Kamsar on Sunday.
According to him, the team has had enough preparation to help them overcome their Guinean counterpart this Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium.
“Hearts of Oak SC as a team is very much ready and prepared for the preliminary CAF Champions League game against CI Kamsar from Guinea this Sunday”, he said.
Hearts first leg game against the Guineans in Conakry was canceled by CAF following a coup in the West African country few days ago.
Due to this, the governing body for African Football decided the game be played in Ghana in a single-tie which would travel to penalty shootouts if the teams are not separated at the end of the contest to decide the winner.
The winner between the two teams will play giants WAC of Morocco in the playoffs stage for a place in the 2021-22 CAF Champions League group stages.
