Ghana Premier League giants, Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC will hold Mauritania side Noaudhibou FC in Accra on Saturday afternoon.

The Porcupine Warriors touched down in Ghana on Monday around 2pm after their first leg encounter with Mauritania side in Nouakchott and has since been preparing for the second leg encounter.

Kotoko, who drew 1-1 away from home would be brimming in confidence after the first leg results on the road and will be hoping for a better outcome in the second leg.

After scoring an away goal in Mauritania, the Kumasi-based club who play their home games in Accra due to the renovation work ongoing at the Kumasi Baba Yara Sports Stadium could seal qualification to the next round of the competition should they keep a clean sheet at home.

Kotoko struck first against Noaudhibou through Osman Ibrahim’s fifth minute strike but were pecked back by the visitors after 20 minutes through a ‘dubious penalty call by the Malian referee Gaoussou Kane.
