CAF Confederations Cup: Sidiki Barro quarantined in Ghana

Players of Burkinabe outfit Salitas FC left for Ouagadougou on Tuesday after their CAF Confederations Cup draw with Ashanti Gold over he weekend without midfielder Aboubacar Sidiki Barro.

The talented central midfielder tested positive at the Kotoka International Airport when the team arrived and had to be quarantined.

He is currently receiving treatment in Ghana and will stay until he test negative before he will ne made to travel to his country.

AS Salitas will host Ashanti Gold on Sunday in the CAF Confederations Cup preliminary stage second leg after drawing goalless in the forst encounter in Ghana.
