Spain based Emmanuel Lomotey and Samuel Obeng Gyabaah start ahead of Simon Zibo and Abass Issah, who all started in the opening day 1-1 draw with Cameroon.
Asante Kotoko shot-stopper Kwame Baah meanwhile, maintains his place in the posts and will be protected by the same defensive set up against the Indomitable Lions.
Kingsley Fobi and Edward Sarpong will operate from the right-back and left-back position respectively.
Partnering in central defense will be Habib Mohammed and Zakaria Fusein.
In midfield, Agbekornu keeps his place alongside, skipper Yaw Yeboah, Evans Mensah and Lomotey who has been handed his first start.
Samuel Obeng will pair Kwabena Yeboah upfront.
