Black Stars striker, Caleb Ekuban powered Trabzonspor to victory over Genclerbirligi SK on Saturday afternoon in the Turkish Super Lig.
The former Leeds United man enjoyed full throttle for his team as they went away to beat their opponents by a 2-1 score line on the road.
The 26-year-old Ghanaian Center-forward provided a beautiful assist to Djaniny to open the scoring 36 minutes into the first half of the match to put the visitors 1-0 up.
Nine minutes after the break, Anthony Nwakaeme’s long pass found the Ghanaian striker on the verge of the goal area and took the ball well into the goal area before finishing nicely to make it 2-0 on the 54th minute mark.
Robert Piris scored a consolation from the spot four minutes to full time to make the final score 2-1 to Trabzonspor.
Caleb Ekuban has found the back of the net six times and provided two assists in 14 matches this season in the Turkish Super Lig.
