Caleb Yirenkyi has been named the third most talented young footballer playing outside Europe’s top five leagues, marking a major milestone for the Ghanaian youngster.
The 19-year-old FC Nordsjaelland midfielder earned the recognition after an assessment of emerging talents across leagues outside England, Spain, Germany, Italy, and France.
The ranking places him among the very best young prospects currently developing beyond Europe’s elite competitions.
Yirenkyi finished behind Dutch teenager Givairo Read and Portugal’s Geovany Quenda, while outperforming several highly rated youngsters from Portugal, Brazil, Spain, France, and Argentina.
The recognition highlights Yirenkyi’s rapid progress in the Danish Superliga and reinforces Ghana’s growing reputation for producing top-quality young footballers capable of competing at the highest level.
