Former Black Stars Coach James Kwesi Appiah says calls for his return to handle the Black Stars is not out of place.
Appiah on Thursday arrived in the country to be interviewed for the vacant job after the exit of Avram Grant.
Former Franc international Willy Sagnol on Friday completed his interview with the Ghana football Association for the job.
Sagnol was the first to be attended to by the search committee among the five shortlisted Coaches.
The former Black Stars captain is expected to take his turn on Saturday as the committee intends to complete interviews with Appiah,Hugo Broos and Willy Sagnol and two others this weekend.
There is public appeal for a native to be handed the job ,amid speculations and huge support for Appiah to seal a comeback.
The Al Khartoum SC trainer insists calls for his return is expected.
“Along the line,people will look at the kind of work you did and say okay this guy did this or that so we need him back ”
“At the end of the day,in Coaching you know you can go out and come in”he told GTV Sports Highlight host Kwabena Yeboah
