Frank Acheampong’s Tianjin Teda will still be playing in the Chinese Super League next season after picking a 3-1 aggregate win over Shenzhen FC in the playoffs to survive relegation.

Acheampong, 27, scored a brace to secure a first-leg playoffs win over Shenzhen FC on Friday morning before drawing 1-1 in the reverse fixture on Wednesday morning to maintain their spot in the league.
The 2015 AFCON silver medalist, scored two goals and provided three assists for Tianjin Teda this campaign.
