Former Black Stars and Kumasi Asante Kotoko goal poacher Charles Taylor has bashed the playing body of Asante Kotoko, adding they are not really committed to the club.
The former Kotoko star’s comment come after the porcupine worries were eliminated from the CAF Confederation Cup competition on Wednesday by Congolese side CARA Brazzaville.
The Ghanaian outfit were kicked out of the CAF inter club competition on Wednesday by their Congolese counterparts when they lost 7-6 on penalties to them after a 1-1 aggregate score line in a two legged tie.

“The club’s current crop of players are not playing as a team but individually, because they [players] don’t have the team [Kotoko] at Heart.” The ‘terror’ as affectionately called during his playing days told Kumasi based Metro FM.
“Their play shows no sign of maturity and I think Dr. Kwame Kyei should layoff all of them and sign in committed players into the team”
“The current players of Kotoko are not committed and are only concentrated on promises made to them,” Taylor noted.

He added “There is no seriousness in the players and is about time the management and supporters of the club tell the players their mind,” the experience player continued.
Charles Taylor was an integral member of the Black Stars team that finished second in the 2009 CHAN tournament.
