Ghanaian defender Clinton Antwi has expressed excitement after signing a fresh Contract Danish giants FC Nordsjælland. Antwi has been offered contract extension until 2022.
Antwi, 21, joined FCN four years ago from the Right to Dream Academy in Ghana, where he first played a year on the club’s U19 team and has since had 22 first-team appearances with the Tiger on his chest.
Now the two parties have agreed on a contract extension until the end of next year.
FC Nordjalland Sports director Mikkel Hemmersam is pleased with Antwi’s contact extension.
“Clinton has always been a great role model for his teammates and a very well-liked personality throughout our organization. At the same time, he is a talented football player who at a young age has experience from the Superliga, 1st division and not least European qualifiers.”
“Therefore, it is a pleasure to extend the agreement with Clinton, and we are pleased that he will continue to be part of our development environment.”
