Black Princesses Coach Yussif Basigi says he is confident of victory against Kenya on Sunday at the Cape Coast Stadium.
The Ghanaians will be hosts to the Kenyans in the Second Round first leg of the 2018 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup qualifier.
To get to the second round, the Black Princesses recorded a 10-0 aggregate win against Kenya in September.
Ahead of Sunday clash, Basigi stated that his team has worked hard and looks good enough to pick a win against Kenya.
Ghana’s team has been together for many weeks and the team morale buoyed by the two-legged victories over the Algerians.
“I can assure Ghanaians that we don’t know much about our opponents despite watching their video against Ethiopia and we have analyzed the game. We will come up with the right tactics to overpower them, “he told Starr Sports.
Meanwhile, the Starlets of Kenya will arrive in Accra on Friday (today) and will move street to Cape Coast for the first leg clash.
The 2018 FIFA Women’s World Cup will be held in France from 5 August 2018 – 24 August 2018.
