Highly-rated youngster, Fawzan Alhassan Dandawa has made the switch to newly-promoted Ghana Premier League side, Accra Lions Football Club ahead of their return to top-flight football.
Lions earned the ticket for promotion last season after finishing top in their zone of the Division One League and are already beefing up their squad for the Premier League.
Latest to join the club is 18-year-old Alhassan Dandawa, who joins the club from Still Believe Football Club. The forward played a part for Real Tamale United on loan during the 2020/21 season as they gained promotion to the Premier League.
However, he will now ply his trade for Accra Lions after the club reached an agreement with his parent club for his services.
Confirming the deal of the youngster, Accra Lions wrote on their Facebook page: Accra Lions Football Club agreed a deal for offensive allrounder Fawzan Alhassan Dandawa (18) from Still Believe FC. ALFC Head of Scouting Paul Goodrich describes him as a fast, very agile offensive player with expansive dribbling skills and a very good positioning. Fawzan played for Real Tamale United last season on loan from Still Believe and contributed his part to RTU’s Premier League promotion with his outstanding performances.
Dandawa becomes the third player to join Lions in the transfer window.
