There will be no Andre Ayew nor Jordan Ayew and Asamoah Gyan when Ghana face off with Kenya on the second day of the 2019 CAF Cup of Nations qualifiers.
Black Stars coach, Kwesi Appiah, has named his 21-man squad for next month’s 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Kenya in Nairobi.
Inter Milan star Kwadwo Asamoah makes a return to the team after a long absence, whilst William Owusu gets a maiden call-up to don the national colours.
Defender John Boys and midfielder Ebenezer Ofori return to the team after missing out of the previous call-ups.
The Black Stars team will commence camping in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia from the 3rd to the 7th of September, 2018.
