Former management member of Division One League Zone One side Bofoakwa Tano FC believes TV’s Date Rush has value than the Ghana Premier League.
According to him, no cooperate institution would like to sponsor the Ghana Premier League because it has no value.
He started that, companies would rather sponsor the TV Reality Show Date Rush shown on TV 3 because the standard of the league is very low.
Speaking on Accra-based Okay FM, the former Tano Bofoakwa Management Member said: “Who should invest his money in this league when he can go and sponsor Date Rush because the standard of the league is low.”
The Ghana Premier League has been without a headline sponsor for a while now and the ex-football administrator says it is due to low quality.
