Nantes defender Dennis Appiah says his club’s league game with Bordeaux on Saturday will be tough.
The French-born Ghanaian right-back emphasized that the game will be similar to those they played against Strasbourg as well as Brest recently and they must be equipped for it.
“It will be a very complicated match, like the ones played in Strasbourg and Brest recently. Anyway, not all the matches this season are easy for us. We must not relax. Bordeaux is back to things. Simpler and the Bordelais are trying to reassure.” Appiah stated ahead of this weekend’s game.
“They managed to win on Sunday and they will come there with a little confidence. It is also our case. It will be very tight but I hope that we will be better than them and that we will end the game with one more goal on the scoreboard. “
Appiah, 28, has played nineteen Ligue 1 games this season as Nantes continue to fight for survival.
