FINAL AGREEMENT CONCERNING
THE TRANSFER OF RICHARD BOADU
FROM MEDEAMA SC TO ASANTE KOTOKO SC

This Agreement is made by and between Asante Kotoko Sporting Club, Ghana (“AKSC”) and Medeama Sporting Club, Ghana (“MSC”) all together (“the Clubs”)

IT IS AGREED THAT:

MSC will transfer the registration of the professional football player RICHARD BOADU born 04/04/1998 (“The Player”) to AKSC permanently with immediate effect for a transfer fee of One Hundred Thousand Ghana Cedis (GHS100,000.00) to be in two instalments of GHS60,000.00 15/09/21 and GHS40,000.00 on 30/01/2022.

AKSC will pay MSC Ten Thousand Ghana Cedis (GHS10,000.00) as add-on if the player makes 20 Premier League appearances in the 2021/22 season.

AKSC will pay MSC a further Ten Thousand Ghana (GHS10,000.00) for if the player makes 10goals contribution (goals and assists) in the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League.

If AKSC permanently transfers “The Player” for a fee to another club, then AKSC will pay MSC 30% (Thirty per cent) of the net transfer fees. For the avoidance of doubt, net transfer fee represents the transfer amount received by AKSC from the purchasing club after deducting; (a) the transfer fee paid by AKSC to MSC for the player; (b) any agents commission paid by AKSC for transferring the player and (c) percentage due to GFA and (d) any statutory payments under the laws of Ghana.

The Parties shall keep the contents of this Agreement, and in particular the amounts of the Transfer Fee and Conditional Transfer Fee, confidential except to the extent necessary to comply with applicable laws and football regulations.

The Parties undertake to promptly complete the necessary application on the FIFA Transfer Matching System/FIFA Connect for the transfer of the registration of the Player and shall co-operate and liaise with one another in good faith for that purpose.

The rules and regulations of FIFA/CAF/GFA shall apply to this Agreement and the transfer of the Player’s registration. This agreement is subject to the GFA/CAF/FIFA regulations governing the status and transfer of football players as at the date hereof.

A competent Committee of GFA/FIFA will handle any and all disputes arising from this agreement.

Signed: 23/08/2021

For: Asante Kotoko SC For: Medeama SC
