Hearts of Oak coach Didi Dramani has expressed satisfaction with how his players are adapting to the new tactical structure he is implementing, following a 2-0 victory over Berekum Chelsea at Golden City Park.
Hamza Issah opened the scoring in the 64th minute, with Mawuli Wayo sealing the win deep into stoppage time to secure three crucial points.
“We are developing a structure that allows us to control games better. The players are responding well, but consistency is what will define us,” Dramani told Hearts of Oak TV.
The win lifted the Phobians to second place on the league table with 12 points, just one behind leaders Medeama SC. Dramani’s approach appears to be shaping Hearts into a more composed and effective team, as they prepare to face defending champions Bibiani Gold Stars in their next match.
