Douglas Owusu has wasted no time in making his mark at Crvena Zvezda after scoring his first goal for Red Star Belgrade just 108 minutes into his career with the club.
The Ghanaian forward reached the milestone in only his second appearance, following his January move from Radnick to the Serbian giants. His quick impact highlights a smooth transition to his new surroundings and growing confidence in Red Star colours.
With that strike, Owusu has now scored eight goals in the Serbian top flight this season. Seven of those goals came during his impressive spell with Radnick earlier in the campaign, before adding his first for Red Star.
The early breakthrough underlines Owusu’s scoring instinct and suggests he could play a key role for Crvena Zvezda as the season progresses.
