Fortuna Dusseldorf Sporting director Uwe Klein says Ghanaian winger Bernard Tekpetey is not going anywhere despite a bid from Bulgarian outfit Ludogrets.
Tekpetey who has one-year left on his loan deal from Schalke recently emphasized that he will not play under coach Uwe Rosler anymore but his club boss has also blocked a potential move away from the club as he wants the player to get back on track.
“If a player is disappointed, he cannot simply say that he does not want to come anymore. I made it clear to him and his adviser in a personal conversation that I gave my opinion. We won’t just give Bernard the go-ahead. ”Klein to express.
The left-footed winger had a torrid time this season making just nine Bundesliga appearances and providing one assist as Dusseldorf suffered relegation.
Tekpetey is bent on leaving the club as he believes the manager does not like him.
