Ebenezer Assifuah netted his 4th league goal in the French Ligue 2 against Valenciennes FC on Saturday evening for his team Pau FC.
The former Liberty professional star saw 70 minutes of football before he was subbed off with 20 minutes left on the clock to play.
Assifuah scored the opening goal of the match after 14 minutes to give the Yellow and Blues a deserving lead after a blistering start to the match.
The former Ghana U20 star scored with a right-footed shot from a very close range to make it 1-0.
Nine minutes later, Sambou Yatabare equalized for the visitors to make the final 1-1 after no goal was scored in the second half.
The 28-year-old Ghanaian forward has scored four goals in eight matches this season in the French Ligue 2.
