Former WAFA academy graduate Emmanuel Boateng posted a farewell message to Hapoel Tel Aviv after sealing a move to Swedish side IF Elfsborg.
The 24-year-old joins the Swedish top-flight side from Tel Aviv having enjoyed three good years with the club after his departure from Ghana.
Boateng has been one of the young talents plying their trade in Europe after leaving the shores of Ghana, and is now set to play for Elfsborg in the Swedish league.

After completing his move to the club, Boateng posted a message to his former club, thanking them for making his dreams a possibility and wishing them the best of luck.
He wrote on Facebook: Thank you, Hapoel Tel Aviv for making my childhood dream of playing professional football abroad a reality.
You took me under your wings and cared for me, the fans cheered and supported me through thick and thin to make me feel at home.
Special thanks to the owners, my playing mates, coaching staff, medical team, media team, equipment officers and all who work with the club for an amazing 3 years.
Although, I am leaving, know that you have a staunch supporter in Sweden.
I wish you the best of luck in all competitions this season, win for the badge !
The memories with you will forever linger on.
