Ghanaian midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah played 90 minutes for Hapoel Tel Aviv as they posted a 3-1 win over Maccabi Netanya in the Israel State Cup round of 16 fixture on Tuesday evening.
The former WAFA and Aduana Stars enforcer was again in top form as he bossed the midfield in his side’s big away win.
Omri Altman shot the away team ahead after 48 minutes of action from the spot before Fernand Goure drew the hosts’ level in the 75th-minute mark of the game.

Ido Vaier scored an own goal to extend Hapoel Tel Aviv’s lead to 2-1 eight minutes from full time.
The visitor’s after picking the 2-1 lead mounted incessant pressure on Maccabi Netanya and finally got the third goal through Lidor Cohen after 90+4 to seal a convincing 3-1 victory at the Netanya Stadium.
The win thus give Hapoel Tel Aviv qualification to the last eight of the competition.
The Ghanaian international has been one of Hapoel Tel Aviv’s top performers this campaign, playing in 20 games league games so far.
