Spezia FC striker Emmanuel Gyasi is thankful everyone who wished him speedy recovery following his chest injury.
The Ghanaian hitman lasted just four minutes during their 3-0 win over AS Livorno in midweek after suffering a chest injury.
The injury ruled him out the side’s 2-0 defeat at Pescara over the weekend.
The 25-year-old took to his Facebook page to thank the fans who supported him during the setback and disclosed that he’s close to returning to the pitch.
“I wanted to thank you all for the many messages I received. You have shown me so much affection. A small accident on the way but luckily I’m fine. Now a little ‘rest and then super load to return to the field. I embrace you strong.”
Gyasi has netted 3 goals and provided 2 assists for the club in the ongoing Italian Serie B season.
