Newly signed Obuasi Ashantigold SC defender, Empem Dacosta has shown his excitement and pleasure after he inked a three-year contract the with Miners.
In an interview with SPORTSworldGhana, the former Kumasi Asante Kotoko player was full of joy and filled with happiness after he officially signed on Tuesday.
“I am very happy to join the Miners because it a big club with great achievements and I feel at home after inking pen to paper “, he said.
According to the 22-year-old center-back, he’s ready to give his all to pay back the trust offered him by the club by helping them to qualify into the group stages of the CAF Confederation Cup this campaign.
“My target is to help qualify the team to money zone and also work hard to show my talent and please the supporters of the club”,he added.
The former Kerala United man left Asante Kotoko after his contract was terminated by the club recently and has signed a new three-year deal with Ashantigold SC after leaving Kumasi.
