English Premier League side Sheffield United are reportedly chasing Ghanaian central defender Khalid Abdul Mumin whose contract with Danish outfit side FC Nordsjaelland has expired.
The Right To Dream Academy graduate has improved immeasurably and starred in most of matches he featured for FC Nordsjaelland since his earning promotion to the first team in 2018.
Mumin, 22, struck once in 26 Superliga appearances for Nordsjaelland who finished in 6th on the Danish Superliga log.
According to Ghana Sports Online, representatives of the player have already intensified negotiations with their counterparts from Sheffield United and that a deal could be agreed in the coming days.
The enterprising defender failed to renew his contract with The Wild Tigers and has opted to leave the club and search for a new club ahead of the upcoming season.
