The Spanish club Real Madrid have gone on the offensive but their offer of 160 million was rejected by PSG.
Will Nasser Al-Khelaïfi remain adamant until the end?
One week before the end of the summer transfer window, Real Madrid have taken the first step to attract Kylian Mbappé.
According to information revealed by the Spanish press on Tuesday evening, Real Madrid eager to sign the striker of the tricolor submitted an offer of 160 million euros to Paris Saint-Germain to buy the last year of the Parisian striker’s contract (scored 42 goals last season).
For several seasons, the club led by Florentino Pérez has been advancing cautiously on the transfer market and cleaning up its accounts.
The only brake comes from the economic crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. But the sporting needs of Real, once again coached by Carlo Ancelotti, have prompted the managers to want to strengthen themselves with a world-class player this summer.
