Ex-B.A United boss Ransford Antwi raises over GHC 52 000 for Bofoakwa Tano

Former Brong Ahafo United chairman Ransford Antwi has raised over GHC 52 000 to aid rivals Bofoakwa Tano who are on the brink of securing promotion to the Ghana Premier League for the first time in fourteen years.

The owner of Sun City Radio has presented total of GHC 52, 191 to the Division One Zone One leaders. The payment were done in two installments.

Firstly , the club received GHC 35 000 from the fundraiser last week before the amount of GHC 17, 191 followed.

Ransford Antwi has been seeking financial support from sons of Sunyani and its environs and the response has been overwhelming as donations keep on coming in from persons both residing in Ghana and abroad.

The likes of Sam Bennett and family , former Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah, deputy Attorney General of Ghana Alfred Tuah-Yeboah have donated to aid the #BofoBeba campaign.
