Ghanaian winger, Eugene Ansah is set to put pen to paper and sign a long-term contract with Israeli top-flight, Hapoel Beer Sheva today, SportsworldGhana can exclusively reveal.
The 26-year-old Ghanaian versatile forward undergone a successful mandatory medical test and has successfully passed the medical examination.
Ansah is expected to sign a three-year deal with the Red and Whites outfit ahead of their Europa League preliminary games against Bulgarian team Arda Karadzli next month.
The player is expected to be presented as a new member of the playing body of Beer Sheva today ahead of the team’s training camp in Poland to prepare for the upcoming season which kick-start after the EURO 2020 games.
Ansah played on loan at Ironi Kiryat Shmona last season in the Israeli Ligat HaAl from Hapoel Raanana and excelled in the league for the Blue and Whites Club in the 2020-21 campaign.
The 26-year-old forward played 33 matches in the 2020-21 Israel top-flight league for Ironi Kiryat Shmona and scored 10 goals and provided three assists.
