Relegated French Ligue 1 side Girondis Bordeaux are closing in on Ghanaian international John Boye to beef up their team for next season.
Boye, 35, has been without a club since terminating his deal with Saudi outfit Al Fayha in January this year and he could make a move soon.
Sportsworldghana.com understands that Bordeaux are ready to give him a one-year deal with an option for extension as they believe he can help their quest to return back to Ligie 1.
Boye has previously excelled with Stade Rennes and Metz ib the French Ligue 1.
