Dutch-born Ghanaian defender Pele Van Anholt has signed for Cypriot top division side Enosis Neon Paralimni.
The 29-year-old right-back joins the “Clarets” on a two-year deal after being released by Dutch outfit NAC Breda this summer.
Anholt is expected to play a key role in Cedomir Janevski’s side as they seek to improve upon their 10th position finish last season.
The experienced lateral defender has previously featured for Heerenveen, Emmem, Willem II LA Galaxy and NAC Breda.
Born to a Dutch father and a Ghanaian mother in Sneek, Anholt is yet to be capped by any of the two countries at any level
