Dutch-born Ghanaian left-winger, Elton-Ofoi Acolatse is set for Hapoel Beer Sheva exit this summer, Sportsworldghana.com can exclusively confirm.
The Amsterdam-born attacker has been told by the officials of the club that he could leave the club this summer should they receive a good offer from abroad.
Acolatse has been an excellent and instrumental figure for the club both in the Europa League and the Israeli Ligat HaAl since he joined the club on February 20, 2020.
He was later sent out to Belgium to play on loan at Sint-Truiden for the most part of this season despite ending last season on a high by scoring some goals in the Europa League competition including a brace against Germany Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen.
Sportsworldghana can confirm that the player started training with the club last Sunday but has been told by the team officials that he could leave the club should they sign another offensive player who can play on the left after sealing a deal with Hapoel Raanana for Eugene Ansah yesterday.
Acolatse scored one goal in 19 appearances in the league but bagged four goals in the Europa League campaign to take his total tally to five at the end of the season.
The 25-year-old forward has a running contract with the Reds till the summer of 2024 but the team is preparing for new faces which will allow him to leave the club this summer but for the right offer.
