Polish outfit Wisla Krakow are closing in on Ghanaian teenager Kwadwo Asamoah ahead of the impending winter transfer.
The Polish side have agreed to sell Ghanaian winger Yaw Yeboah in January and they have identified Asamoah as his replacement.

The 19-year-old winger played 22 games for Jurmala this season scoring three goals and providing 3 assists.
