Exclusive: Leicester City to offer Daniel Amartey new contract

Leicester City will offer Ghanaian defender Daniel Amartey a fresh two-year contract with his current deal set to expire on June 30, 2022.

The versatile Ghanaian guardsman is among a long list of players including Ricardo Perreira, Caglar Soyuncu, Kasper Schmeichel, Jonny Evans, and Jamie Vardy whose contract ends in the summer of 2022 and plans are underway to extend it.

The management of the Foxes are expected renowned Israeli super agent Pini Zahavi who represents Amartey in the coming weeks to discuss his new contract as they seek to tie him down.

Amartey has made ten appearances in all competitions for Leicester City this season
