French Ligue 1 side Metz have begun talks with Udinese over Ghanaian defender Nicholas Opoku, SPORTSworldGhana.com can report exclusively.
SPORTS WORLD GHANA can reveal that negotiations started on Wednesday evening and Udinese are ready to sell Opoku to the French side.
Metz who are in desperate need of an additional center-back were interested in Boubacarr Kouyate from Troyes but the amount they are to pay is too high making them switch attention to Opoku.
