Exclusive: Norwegian FA invites Ghana U-20 coach Karim Zito to speak at Cup final seminar in Norway

The Norwegian Football Association and the Norwegian Football Coaches Association have invited Ghana’s male U-20 coach Karim Zito to speak at Cup final seminar in Norway later this year, Sportsworldghana.com can confirm.

The Cup final seminar was held for the first time in 1989.

The vision is that the Cup final seminar will be the place where football coaches in broad and top cultivate social gatherings, professional replenishment, inspiration and networking, at the same time as the coaching staff is celebrated.

The 2021 Wafu U-20 Championship and CAF U-20 Nations Cup winner, has been invited as one of the top speakers for the seminar following his in-depth knowledge youth football development.

The vision is that the Cup final seminar will be the place where football coaches in broad and top cultivate social gatherings, professional replenishment, inspiration and networking, at the same time as the coaching staff is celebrated.

The Cup final seminar is an Institution in Norwegian football. Since 1989, thousands of football coaches across the world have participated in the seminar for impulses, professional replenishment and continuing education. This makes the seminar the Nordic region’s leading meeting place for football coaches at all levels.

The cup final seminar is organized by the Norwegian Football Coaches Association, together with the Norwegian Football Association and Norsk Tipping. The seminar is held at Ullevaal Stadium, Norwegian football’s home ground.

In 2022, both the 33rd Cup final seminar (November 24-26) and the innovation Cup final seminar Spring (April 29 and 30) will be held – in connection with the NC final for men at Ullevaal Stadium on Sunday 1 May.

The Cup final seminar is the Nordic region’s largest professional initiative and meeting place for football coaches.

This year’s Cup final seminar Spring which will be the 33rd edition will be held between 24-26 November, 2022 at Ullevaal Stadium.

The 33rd Cup Final Seminar will be held November.

The Cup final seminar has been held annually since the start, but had to be canceled completely in 2020 and partly in 2021 due to covid-19.

The Cup final seminar brings together football coaches from both the wide and the top.

The Cup final seminar will always have a selection of presentations and demonstrations given in English. In 2019 almost 1,100 football coaches gathered on various offers, which is a record number of participants.

A number of international football personalities have over the years participated in the Cup final seminar.
