English League 1 club Oxford United are set to give French born Ghanaian attacker Derick Osei Yaw to a non-division club on loan for the reminder of the season.
Manager Karl Robinson was bent on registering Osei as part of his 22-man squad for the English third tier but he had to sacrifice him and bring a free agent defender following an injury to his first choice centre-back.
Sportsworldghana.com can reveal that Osei will however be able to play Cup games for Oxford United when he goes on loan at the non-league club and he will return to his parent club as soon as the season ends.
Osei joined Oxford this summer as a free agent after passing trials and has so far netted twice in Cup games.
