English League 2 clubs Cheltenham, Oldham and Carlisle are on the heels of German youngster of Ghanaian parentage Festus Arthur.
Arthur, 21, joined the “Tigers” last summer from Stockport in a reported 50,000 Pounds deal but is yet to make his league debut for Hull but has featured twice in the EFL Trophy.
